“GODEX Construction”, d.o.o Belgrade, a company for construction services and trade, was formed as a result of years of experience in Belgrade’s real-estate market, first through intermediary activities concerning buying and selling, then through living space adaptations, culminating in the construction of well-equipped housing and office real-estate with a modern design.

Replace Old to New

To all former customers we offer the option of replacing an apartment using the “old for new” principle, without a time limit, provided that they purchase an apartment in a newly-built property, larger than the previous one by at least 10m2. The buyer is bound to pay the difference in the price up-front, while the remainder of the price will be paid by way of returning the old apartment when the new one is completed (in the value of the price for which it was bought, with the possibility of repainting and floor refurbishing expenses).
